Data Residency

By default, all data is stored and processed in the United States of America. You can however login to EU for your data to be hosted and processed in the European Union instead.

Additional data residency options are available on-demand. Contact support@confident-ai.com to ask for the available options.

When using the Evals API or some integrations that rely on OpenTelemetry, you’ll need to change the base and OTEL endpoints:

Or alternatively, you can run the set-confident-region command to switch to for example the EU region:

On-Premises Hosting

For organizations that require complete control over their data, Confident AI offers on-premises hosting options. This allows you to host Confident AI within your own infrastructure while maintaining full data sovereignty.

All data processed and stored by Confident AI is encrypted at rest and protected by TLS in transit. We maintain SOC II and HIPAA compliance to meet the most stringent data security requirements.
